Blocked/Black Listed E-mails

I created an e-mail address of aecequipmentsales@acscorporate.com. I tested this thoroughly, and it was working fine. Out of the blue, it is "bounce" listed by your website. I want to know exactly why. We rely on these e-mails for receiving business referrals and can't have our e-mails being randomly blocked. Please turn this feature off or explain why this happened so we can avoid it.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just reviewed the email in question and did not find it in our bounce list. I am assuming that you have already remove it. Once the email is removed from the list there is no way to know why it was placed there in the first place.

You can view our users guide:

If this occurs again, please let us know before you remove it from the bounce list. We will be glad to review and advice you better.

Great. It JUST happened again. Please check on this ASAP so I can remove it from the bounce list. My e-mails should be going on the bounce lists.

Thank you for indicating this. I have just reviewed your email and it is located in our bounce list because:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 Rejected by header based manually Blocked Senders: noreply@jotform.com - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550

I have remove it and you should be able to receive notification now. I also reviewed your ACS form and it seems that your notification is properly configured. If you are still having problems, you may also try changing the sender email address and use your own email server to send out notifications.
