    Email notifications not going to two recipients

    Hi,

    I have a form under my account called New User Request. Within the form, I have two lots of Email Notification, one to HR and one to IT. Under the IT email, I have this going to 9 recipients but the form fails to send to two of the recipients, darrenhouse@xxxxxx and stevehale@xxxxxx.

    I am one of the other 9 receipients and when the emails come to me, the above two addresses are not within so Jotform is not recognising them or not wanting to include them.

    I have verified the email addresses are correct and I have tried deleting them and re-entering but they never get picked up. 

    I assume there is no limit to the number of recipients that can be had? Or is there a bug somewhere?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have checked two email addresses you provided and they are in the bounce list. Our system gave following result: 

    darrenhouse@xxxxxx is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.2 Connection closed unexpectedly>

    stevehale@xxxxxx is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.2 Connection closed unexpectedly>

    I have now removed them from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now. 

    I assume there is no limit to the number of recipients that can be had?

    There's a limit of 10 recipients per notification and 2 for autoresponders. You need to create a new notification if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails.
