    Notifications are not forwarding to my email address

     I am no longer having my emails forwarded to the correct account


    This has been going on for 3 months or so and I have written you three times to see if it is a problem on your end. can you please investigate.

    I checked this form (https://www.jotform.com/20641937808459) and I can see that the email recipient is not the one you provided. The recipient is (ti**5v@yahoo.com).

    The reason why you are not getting notification is because this email address is in the bounce list.

    I have removed it from the list. You should be able to get new notifications from now on.

    I can see that your email notification is configured properly. Please try whitelisting our mail servers and IP addresses. Please check these guides as well: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues & How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
