Hello, I would like to ask about downloading our photos. We use jotform for reports from schols. Now it is more then one month from the period when schools uploaded their photos. We dont want to use the form for anything else (uploading, recieving anything..) only downloading. Then we will use it probably again in one year, at the end of the school year.

But there is a problem with the form - we cant do it. It just loading and I recieved email that our account is downgraded. I didn´t know that I have to download my photos as quickly as possible after end of our payed-period. Our documents from last year are still on the website in the archive and we payed only one month for using last year. Do we have to buy another period for using? Hopefully not, we are non-profit and it could be problem for us.

Thank you very much for your answer!

You are currently on a free plan, which can have only up to 100 MB of uploaded files stored within it. Once this limit is exceeded, the forms are temporarily disabled until the account is no longer over its limits.

I see that your account received 3.42 GB of uploaded files, which is well above what the free plan can hold, and which is why your forms will get temporarily disabled until either the account is upgraded again, or until these submissions are removed.

I see from your message in support thread 891462 that you have already managed to download your submissions before the forms are disabled, and we are glad to hear that everything is fine now.

As my colleague recommended in another earlier support thread, when you are receiving large file uploads, you can also take advantage of one of our integrations such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box.net, and have a copy of your uploaded files automatically forwarded to your storage on one of these third-party services.

The following guides help with setting up an integration:

If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know. Cheers
