hi there,
i am updating an old payment form and trying to link to another form if the payment method is by bank deposit and not Credit card. The main link is to the credit card form however if customers choose bank deposit I usual have a link to another page through the 'conditions' - a button below.
My question is can i link straight through to the other page once the customer has clicked the 'direct deposit' dot instead of , clicking dot then clicking the highlighted link underneath. Or is there a easier way to directly choose the other form. it feels like there are two steps when there should be one..
Love to have your help.
Many thanks.
Nadine

Unfortunately it is not possible to redirect your users to another form, when they select 'direct deposit' option. They will need to click on the link you provided.
Instead of link you can also show submit button and then redirect your users to your other form once the submit button is clicked, of 'direct deposit' option is selected. You can achieve that with conditional logins 'Change "Thank you" page'. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

However I would suggest you to embed your other form inside of your main form. Inside of this guide you can find how to create multiple payment form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form
This way your other form will be shown on you main form if your users select 'direct deposit' option.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
