I have checked the email address you're using on your forms and I can see it is not in our bounce list, this is one of the reasons why emails are not sent.
I have also tested both forms and I can see the email address was successfully sent, here is a screenshot of the log:
You may also check your email history by following the steps on this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I would also suggest you to follow this guide so you can avoid emails not being properly delivered: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
