    Hi,

I would like to know how much time I have to access to the information once my subscription is over.

    Example :

I subscribe to a monthly access, but I need to consult the results for 3 months. Do I have to subscribe for three months ?

    Thanks !

Submissions received do not have expiration date, they can remain in your account as long as you like, however, please note that there are limits on your account. The limits on your account are dependent on the subscription that you have, please check our pricing page for the limits: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

The basic description or meaning of those limits are the following:

Monthly submissions - number of submissions you can received every month. This resets every 1st day of the month.

SSL submissions - number of submissions you can received every month using the HTTPS protocol (we have already lifted the limit here, you can check this blog post to learn more: https://www.jotform.com/blog/175-All-Forms-are-Now-Secure-by-Default-The-SSL-Limits-on-Free-Accounts-are-Lifted- ). This resets every 1st day of the month.

Receive Payments - number of submissions you can receive from forms that have payment integrations. This resets every 1st day of the month.

Available Upload Space - the total upload space you are allowed. This is fixed and does not reset. Submissions that has file uploads on them are the ones counted in your upload space.

Sub-user account - number of sub-user accounts where you can share access to your forms and submissions, you can learn more about them here: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-share-forms-with-a-sub-account-user. This is fixed and does not reset.

Monthly Form views - this is the number of views that your forms can receive every month. This resets every 1st day of the month. Here's a guide to learn more about this limit: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about

Total Submission Storage - this is the number of submissions that you can STORE in your account. This is fixed and does not reset. If you reached your submission storage limit, the oldest submission received will automatically be deleted. Example, for "Free" plan you are only allowed to have a total of 500 submissions stored in your account, if you reached the limit, let's say you already have 500 submissions and then you received another one, the oldest submission in your list will be deleted and the new one will be received, so it remains 500. Every time a new submission is received the oldest will be deleted. You can backup your data by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once

    I hope that helps.
