I'm not receiving the forms that are completed on my site

    I have my form connected to a payment... I am receiving the payments but not the forms... since May???

    I am assuming you mean, you are not getting notification email of form submissions.

    Please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.

    Also please check the below URL, which explains, how to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues:

    Yes but it's not even showing up when I go on the jot form website as if it's not filed out but clients are telling me they have entered info

    Hi, 

    I checked your form titled "Photography Session Booking Form" and I see that you setup a product field, I presume you are charging your users?

    There seems to be a problem on the payment integration that you have setup, you did not include your Paypal email address:

    Please note that in order for your users to submit the form and to pay you, you need to indicate your Paypal email address in the payment integration.

    I strongly suggest that you also enable your Paypal account's IPN. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
