How can I set my form to retain information for the next entry?

You can pre-populate the form with the data from the previous entry so you can retain it. First, you will need to build the url parameters. Please follow this guide to learn how to Prepopulate Fields to Your JotForm via URL Parameters. Once you have done that, you can simply add the url parameter into the Thank You page of your form. Setting Up the Thank You Page
