Can the submit button be routed to someone other than myself?

I created a form but would like the submissions to be sent to 2 other people.  Is that possible?  I added them under  the Emails, Notification 1 but the responses are only coming to me.

If I understand your question correctly, you want to send submission emails to multiple email address. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to send submission emails to multiple email address and there are two possible options:
