Why are my email notifiers not working correctly?

    When i submit the below form the notifications do not go to the emails i submitted in the notifier section, see screenshot attached. can you please assist?

    It seems to me that you are having some trouble with receiving your conditional emails.

    Are you receiving any of the email notifications and autoresponders at your email address at all?

    I checked your conditions and your email notifications and those look normal.

    However, I see you've set up your autoresponders to send via "digitalproductmarketing@tribune.com".

    I'd recommend switching that to our default sender email at noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com then try it again to see if that makes any difference for receiving it.

    If you look at your email history you'll see we are sending emails from our mail server for your form but the ones that failed are coming from that address.
