We have a client that continues to be put on the bounce list... this is a huge issue. Is there something that they can enable or disable on their end to keep them from going on the bounce list so frequently?

There are several reasons why the email address may have been added to the bounce list. Please advised your client to contact his/her email provider and have them white list our mail servers and domain names. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
You may also advised him/her to add (email@example.com) to their address book or contacts. This can also happen if the recipient mailbox is full, so please advised to avoid this issue. Lastly, you may need to check this related guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues.
