I cloned a form and edited it. I changed the name.
When a client sent it in, the old name came through.

Upon checking your website, I noticed that you have embedded the form using the form's full source code, is that correct? Please check this guide to learn more about the full source code: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
Please note that if you embed using the full source code, changes on the form using the form builder will NOT reflect on your website, you need to get a fresh copy of the full source code and re-embed it again on your website. If you are not adding custom functions or scripts on your source code, then I would suggest embedding the form using the default embed script or the iFrame embed code.
Now with regards to the image or screenshot you shared, the title on the email was not changed because you need to update directly the email template. Here's how:
1. First click "Emails".
2. Click "Edit" button on one of your email alerts.
3. Here you should be able to see the email template. You can see that the title/text on the email template still shows "ALC Outreach Donation", you need to edit this here.
4. Save the changes and test your form.
To learn more about the email alerts, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings
I hope that helps.

I get the embed doesn't grab the online version. I have to use it that way so the forms can be opened and closed in the app I am using. But I thought I had edited the emails. I GUESS NOT. So I did it again and it's a ok now.
Thanks!
