Hi, I wanted to know if it was possible to show the complete form in the email so that the person fill out the form directly by email

If I understand you correctly, you would like to show the questions and answers in the email alert right?

If yes, then please take note that when you create an email notification or autoresponder, the form fields will be generated automatically. Here's a screenshot:

You can also enable the PDF attachment so that there will be an attached file that contains the fields and answers. It is in the "Advanced" tab of an email alert.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the screenshot that you tried to share is not showing. You probably attached it in the email reply. Please refer to the steps below:

    1. Please go to this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/932105.
    2. Scroll down and you'll see the Reply Editor. You can just click the "Insert/Edit Image" icon and follow the upload wizard.

It is not recommended to embed the form in an HTML email. The reason why is because our embed codes contains scripts that are not allowed in most email providers. There is a possibility that your email will be blocked or tagged as suspicious. I would suggest you to share the form's link instead. Here's a guide: How-to-send-a-form-via-email.

An alternative would be creating a fillable PDF form. This fillable PDF form is a PDF file that you can attach to your email message. Please go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Unfortunately, this is not something that we can recommend.

The email clients are limited in terms of scripts and styles support, so that embedded form in the email body will not work right.
