Hi Olesya, see my answers interspersed below:

    How much would it be?

Our plans and packages are readily available on our pricing page https://www.jotform.com/pricing

And where the filled out application will come?

It will go to your account's Submission page.

Is it possible they come in pdf format to my email?

Yes to both - By default, when you create a form, a corresponding Email Notification will be created as well. This in turn will cause your form to email you the submissions sent by your respondents.

If you need to enable a PDF attachment of the submission, you can enable that on that same Email Notification.

Normally, we strive to stick with 1 question/topic per thread but since this is your first time posting, I answered all your questions regardless if they are of different topics.
