Form Submissions Missing From Gdrive

Hi. My Jotform is integrated in my Gdrive but we noticed that it skipped some forms last Nov 22. We deleted in the forms alread and even in trash thinking that it was backed up via gdrive anyway. Now we can't see it. Can you help us with this please?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Google Drive integration is a backup for your submission. It won't affect Google Drive whenever you delete submissions on your Jotform account.

There's a chance that the Google Drive integration breaks, this happens whenever you edit the form before submitting new submissions. May I know if you already removed the submissions? Please check the Trash folder and see if you can still recover it.

We didn't edit the form at all and we noticed that it's syncing properly yesterday until today.

Unfortunately, we have deleted the submissions even from our trash. Is there a way to recover the PDF file of the form?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot recover deleted submissions in the Trash section. However, if you added a notification email to the form, you should have a copy of the user submission in your email. Please check if you have a PDF copy in your notification email and download it.

This is happening again. Not all form submissions are being synced to our gdrive. It is skipping some forms. Do let us know how we can correct this.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. Is the issue happening on all of the forms? If not, please share the direct form link with the issue and the submission ID that is not showing in Google Drive.

those are just samples since we have more submissions with the same issue. It's not happening on all forms but it's happening quiet often.

Thanks for getting back to us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. Your file or data from your Jotform account won't be removed. You can choose the current file and link it to your form when you reintegrate the form with Google Drive.

If the issue persists after reintegration, you can sync using Send Data To Other Apps In Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

To begin with, open the Jotform Table from which you wish to send more forms. Then, scroll to the right edge of the table and select the +Add button:

In the window that opens, take these actions: 

1. Choose the tab for Buttons. 

2. Select the Send Data to Other Apps option. 

3. Select the Next button.

The name of the column where the buttons will be positioned must then be entered. 

It's time to integrate your forms with your preferred apps and services after building a column step. This stage allows you to select which integrations are already active or add new ones that will launch when you click the button.
