Change or update the final PDF of form submitted?Asked by HVACRich on September 29, 2016 at 08:04 AM
IS there a way to make the finished product (submitted PDF) to look a little cleaner. I have read the FAQ section and have played with some of the settings, but cannot get it to look anywhere near what the "preview" looks like.
We are transitioning from Canvas to your app and would like a little help. There are a few of our forms that go directly to state agencies once submitted and would like them to be a little cleaner.
I presume you are referring to the PDF submission of your forms? Currently you can edit or customize the layout of the PDF using the "Customize PDF" feature. Here's a guide that you can refer to: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
If what you would like to do is print the form as it is with the user's data, then you can utilize the edit link and the built in print button to do that, here's a guide that you can refer to: https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data
I hope that helps.
