Assign Form: How do I access a missing or deleted assigned form?

My assigned form is missing or have been deleted. How can I get the form back?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Please keep in mind that when a form owner assigns a form, the assignee must sign up for Jotform with an email address and a password. When I checked your email address (bcs@bcscollect.com), I noticed it was only associated with a guest account, which only allows you one-time access. I've converted your account to a regular one to ensure you have full functionality and ongoing access. I suggest reaching out to the form owner again and requesting to be added as an assignee.
