Jotform App: How to change the app icon?

I have added my icon as per the steps but it doesn't appear on my mobile...it still shows jotform icon

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm sorry that this is happening. I can see that you created a duplicate ticket here. Anyway, I checked your App and added it to my home screen. The icon change has been successful, as it no longer shows the Jotform icon. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Can you check it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
