Having troubles embedding my form to iphone and android?

did the publishing steps to activate but it is not showing up in my phone.  wondering if I am missing something

so sorry I probably make no sense. What is happening, the jotform appears
under "order Now" on my computer but when I go to my iphone it doesnt come
up. I did the steps recommended with going to publishing to "make it
appear". but it is still not coming up. I am not sure what step I am
missing. Thanks so much for your help.
