Switching off email notificaitons

 Hi

i managed to successfully switch off email notifications from one of my forms because a load of extra options (including 'emails') suddenly appeared under the dropdown settings menu on the right for each individual jotform. This only happened once. Since then...when I click on the dropdown these extra options to not appear again which is totally weird. How do I get these extra options to appear everytime please?
