    is it possible to purchase your platinum package annually instead of monthly?

    Hello Sharon, yes it is - You can pay on a yearly cycle (aside from monthly and biennially) on any of our paid plans (including Platinum).

    I'm seeing the email you used for this post is a Guest Account. If you have an existing Free Account on the Starter Plan, just head over the Billing Section of your account to upgrade to your desired plan.

    To register a Free Account in JotForm, just fill up the information needed on this link: https://www.jotform.com/signup. Once you have registered a Free Account in JotForm, just login to your account and go your Account's Upgrade/Billing Section as mentioned by colleague to upgrade your account.

    Please be noted that the invoice will be generated once the account is billed according to the subscription plan chosen. You can view the invoices from the billing section of the account settings.

    If you want to upgrade the account from Monthly to Yearly subscription, we may be able to upgrade it from the backend so that the annual billing will be done automatically using the credit card linked with the account. However, since you want to apply for a non-profit discount, you'll need to apply using the link below:

    https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

    Also, it is required to cancel the current subscription and upgrade the account again using the non-profit discounted price after approval.
