I am not receiving filled out and submitted jotforms

    I sent out jotform link on Friday and several people have said that they submitted them but I have not received them.  PLease Help!

    Hi,

    I have run a test submission on the cloned version of your form. I received the notification email of the submission without a problem. 

    I checked your email account tough, it is in the bounce list. That is why you have been unable to receive the emails. Here is why your email is in the bounce list:

    I have removed it off the list now. You should be able to receive the notification emails successfully from now on. You can also check your email account whether it is in the list or not and remove it if it is:
