Email Recipients: How many email recipient addresses can I have in my notifications?

How many email recipients can I add to receive email subbmission on a form?

I presently have 5 listed on a form but one of the receipients is not receiving the emails.

You could have a maximum of 30 recipients in your email notification, you will not be able to add more than this number and for email auto-responder the limit is 3 recipients.

Now, the reason why one of the recipients is not receiving emails is because the email address is in our bounce list, here is the result:

Reason(s) : Complain about message from AmazonSES

I have removed the email address from our bounce list and you should receive emails now, I would also suggest you to take a look on this guide that will help you to prevent bouncing on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues 

You could also set up your own sender email address using the SMTP method, this way you would have more control over the sender email and sender info.
