Hello by account has been suspend and I do not know why, could you please activate is and explain why was it suspended? I am considering to upgrade it but first I need to understand it

You can use our payment tools rather than creating text box field, etc.
Let us know if you've deleted the credit card number field shown in the screenshot. We will activate your account immediately. Thank you.
