The last 2 jot form submissions from our website have not been delivered to our email.

I checked the junk mail folder and they are not there either.

Please let me know what I can do next to try and figure this out.

    Thank you!

The recipient email is not in bounce list, and good delivery of notification shows up in mail logs: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

I see you actually have received incomplete payments in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/

This happens when the user does not complete the payment once on PayPal page. So, when this happens, no notifications are triggered.

You can view the details of the incomplete submissions, delete or complete them:

Note: Completing a submissions will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.

If you still need to receive notifications even though the payment is not completed, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail

Also, I would recommend you to setup IPN(Instant Payment Notification), which is a POST message sent by Paypal  whenever a transaction is completed on their side: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
