I see you're having an issue with receiving the email notification of new submissions to your inbox.

I've taken a look at your notifier setup and you have it set to go to "coxxxxx@trxxxxn.com" currently so that looks good so far.

 

Is that the email address you are trying to get it at but not receiving anything? Or a different one?

 

When I checked your account email address that's listed I didn't see it in our bouncelist:

Result: coxxxxx@trxxxxn.com is NOT in the bounce list

 

Have you checked your junk|spam folder to see if it ended up there by accident?

 

Also, according to your email history our mail server log indicates we have been sending them.

yes, they are in spam box. I found them.
