Hi there,
Is it possible for me to make a CUSTOM PDF that automatically incorporates USER FORM DATA... that will sent AUTOMATICALLY via email after they checkout/submit?
ex.
USERS enter their form data... Name, Address, etc.
and then that data filters into my Pre-Made PDF (a custom made PDF with legal verbiage)
ex.
"This Document herein declares that {firstname} has registered for this legal and to-be-signed agreement. This agreement begun on {date} entitles {firstname} of {address} to be entitled the sum of {number} at time of signing."
This process is very important to my client... if this can not be achieved with JotForm, would I have to create the embedded form and the PDF with Acrobat?
Please advise.

I think that this can be achieved with text field where you will have to place values of your other field.
Inside of this guide you can find how to find field IDs and names:

After that you will have to customize your PDF report. You will need to check check "Show Headers and Texts" option in the form submissions page and customize fields that you to not want to be shown inside of PDF report that is created of your submissions.

Finally you will need to create Autoresponder email and to set PDF Attachment to YES inside of Advanced settings of your Autoresponder email.
