This has all been working smoothly until 3 days ago. Everything is set up on the account, nothing is going to spam. No notifications are being sent out by JotForm.....

I have also checked the email history of the address you're using in that form and I can see all emails are being sent as well:
What I would suggest you to take a look on this guide that may help you to know why emails may not be reaching your inbox: https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications
Also, may be that I did not check the form you're referring to so, please check the email addresses you're using to find if they are not in our bounce list, if you find them in then this is the reason why the emails do not send, simply removing the email from our bounce list should help to receive emails again.
