How can I create a survey that allows the user to see a summary page of his/her answers?

I think about multiple options that you may follow if you want to display the answers to your submitter, for example, you could display the answers in the Thank You page, open the thank you wizard and find the answers in the form fields option, simply adding them to the thank you page will help you to display them as soon as the form is submitted:

We have also a widget that allows you to display the answers before to submit the form, here's the link: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/preview_before_submit

This guide will help you to add the widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

An email with the answers will be sent to your submitter too, if it has not been added to your form you could add it too by following this guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

And if you would like to display all the submissions in your form, then you could use a report, you can then share the link to the report, include it via email too, or embed it in your webpage, here is a link with more info about reports: How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

    Hope this helps.
