How can I create a survey that allows the user to see a summary page of his/her answers?

    I think about multiple options that you may follow if you want to display the answers to your submitter, for example, you could display the answers in the Thank You page, open the thank you wizard and find the answers in the form fields option, simply adding them to the thank you page will help you to display them as soon as the form is submitted:

    An email with the answers will be sent to your submitter too, if it has not been added to your form you could add it too by following this guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
