Why is someones information repeatedly being sent in?

    someone's form is coming through to my email over 25 times in the last few weeks, when I contact him, he said he only filled it out once

    I have checked your submissions and I can see the submissions with the same info, I have also checked the email history of that form and I can see the emails that were sent from those submissions.

    Do note that the submission may be triggered again if the link to the thank you page is reloaded, for example, if checking the web history or accidentally re-loading the thank you page will submit the form again.
