Your email provider seems to be rejecting the jotform emails. Because the emails kept getting rejected, your email address was added to the bounce list.
I have now removed your email address from the bounce list. Please check on your end and make sure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list. You should be able to receive the notifications now.
