    Emails not leaving jotform

    I was having issues with AOL DMARC and not receiving emails. So I deleted my AOL setup as a recipient from Godaddy(host) and Jotform and set up a new sender from Jotform to info@insightoptical.com at Godaddy. Emails are still not leaving my contact page. If i send a direct email it does go through. The bounce section appears to be empty. Please help.

    Form that is embedded on website you provided is created on account with username insighoptical. I have inspected email Notification on that account and recipient email addresses of your notification are insightopticalsd@gmail.com and EyeGuy2C@aol.com.

    Both of them are in the bounce list.

    insightopticalsd@gmail.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from aol.com is NOT

    EyeGuy2C@aol.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 521 5.2.1 :  (DMARC:AOL) This message failed DMARC

    I have now removed them from the bounce list.

    Please try to create new email Notification and set only one recipient email address as recipient. You can also try to use your email address info@insightoptical.com as recipient of your Notification.

    If the issue still persist you can set up your notifications to be sent from your own address via SMTP, like my colleage and I suggested you 2 days ago on your other threads.
