Confirmation email?

    Hello,

    I am in tourism. I have a booking system I would like to replace. I believe you are capable of replacing it except for on thing I cannot find info on: a confirmation email. I use Stripe.com to process payment and Stripe sends an instant confirmation of payment. As of now, the system I use sends an instant email confirmation of reservation. These are two different things that I would like to continue to have. Is it possible?

    As far as Stripe.com is concerned: is payment processed instantly or am I just "collecting" credit card information and charging them manually?

    To my understanding, you are referring to the emails being received when your form is successfully submitted, is that correct?

    If you want to receive and email notification after your form is submitted, you need to create a notification email in your form. To learn more on how you can do that, please check the guide below:

    However, if you want your respondents (customers) to receive emails after they have filled up your form and submitted it, then you can create an email autoresponder. Instruction on how you can do that is found in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    No.
    I realize that I will receive a notification of a form having been filled
    out. That is not what I was asking.
    What I am asking: a person fills out the form and pays for their tours. Is
    it possible to set up so that the client gets an instant confirmation of
    their reservation? Instant and automatic. Not manually by me.

    Hi John,

    Stripe payment integration does not have instant payment notification similar to the one that Paypal payment have.

    You will have to use the Autoresponder email instead as already mentioned by Mike_G.

    Actually the email will be sent instantly and automatically as well to the user upon form submission.
