    Hello NDC-CI,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Enterprise Support. Please note that the password has to be the same characters you entered when setting it up, and it is also case-sensitive. Can you share the form link of the form this issue is associated with, as well as screenshots of what you get when putting the password? Meanwhile, can you clear the form cache, use a different browser, either a private window or incognito mode, or a different device, to access the PDF?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
