Issue with multiple spam submissions

    A company called Business Capital Advisor is spamming my account through the email: fundingteam+heathergornall.com@businesscapitaladvisor.com. I've received over 54 emails from them in the past 12 hours...I do not wish to receive anything from this company and would like to stop their harassment of my account.

    I checked your account (heather1g) and I was able to see the spam submissions. The user is actually spamming your form by doing multiple submissions. 

    I was able to verify that the spammer did 107 submissions today. This is the reason why your account is in over limit status. Under the Free plan, you only have 100 submissions per month.

    I have deducted 107 submissions on your account. You submissions is now back to 3 for this month.  You can just manually delete them in your submissions page. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.

    Please follow the suggestions below in order to prevent spam submissions:

    1. Insert a Captcha field or Google reCaptcha widget in your form.

    2. You can set the Unique Submission function to block multiple submissions from one browser or same IP address. Here's a guide:  https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.

    3. You can also set a Unique Question to prevent multiple submission that has the same answer. For example, email address or phone number.
