Its the second time now my email is set to the bounce list, so i get no email notification that somebody
wrote me in the jotform formular.
why is my email landing in the bounce list? and what is that bounce list?
what can i do to prevent that?

There are several reasons why your email address is bouncing but usually the reason is email service provider. When someone submits your form, our servers sends you a Notification Email. If email delivery fails, our system marks the recipient email as "rejected" and stores the email address in the bounce list.

On the other side, the most effective way to prevent email bouncing is to setup your own SMTP sender. The email addresses will not be added to our bounce list because the bounce messages will be processed by your email server in this case. Please have a look at the guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
