    I stopped receiving my forms to my email address

    About a week ago the email submissions stopped coming to my email address.

    If your notifications are not coming through, your email address might be on our bounce list. You can remove yourself by following the instructions provided at :

    I found your email id was in bounce list and I removed it for you

    This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
