We are not receiving the email replies for firstname.lastname@example.org. This email is correct and we are able to send emails and receive from them. They stopped going to that email address as of January 1, 2017. Is there something we can check to see why?Page URL:

Your email id was in the Bounce list which I already removed. In future, you can remove yourself by following the instructions provided at :
This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list. To prevent email bouncing related issues please read :
If the issue continues, our best recommendation to avoid email bouncing issues is to use your own SMTP settings for the sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

Is the quantity number of emails cause the email going to the bounce list? The form we are looking at had a large number of replies going to it at the same time.

Not necessarily. But unless those are spam emails, then it will be blocked or filtered as spam/junk emails instead.
There can be several reason for an email to be added in bounce list. I also recommend reviewing our article/guide about bounce email here
