I am having more and more of my orders delayed after PayPal collects , sometimes as late as 24hrs. Some others are cued in the failed submissions folder even after PayPal has collected Payments.

I inspected your forms notifications and also your email history, and found that all emails are being sent successfully so far.
I also checked your email against the bounce list and it was not in it.
One thing I would suggest in order to see if the situation improves, is setting up a custom sender email via SMTP as shown in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form as this moves the responsibility of sending emails from our servers to the SMTP server, in your case GMail.
With that said, I am escalating this ticket so that our second level team can inspect your email activity and see if there is anything that is currently causing such delays.
