Not receiving forms again

    Good Morning,

     

    It has come to my attention that we are not receiving our forms again. It is very important that this works. Is there some way that we can be informed via email when this feature goes down?

    I have checked and recipient email address of the form you provided is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    returns@lakecourt.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    It seems like your email provider have banned our IP address or domain. I would suggest you contact your IT team or your email provider to see if they are blocking emails coming from JotForm.com. 

    I have removed your email address from the bounce list.

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to be informed when email address is added to the bounce list. But you can check email history logs on your account and see if emails were sent successfully.
