Is it possible to create such form?

    Please can any of your package do this task below.
     

    1. Clients create A/c online username/Password.

    2. Registration form appear for client to fill all.

    3.submit

    4. Thank you, 


    4 Client proceed & make payment via online. menu for payment integration/ offline for Bank details

    5. Client upload payment teller (paper)or type generate teller number and send to (operation dept email /MD Email)

    5. Operation confirmed the payment of the client and

    6. Receipt issue electronic and send to the client (client email/MD email)

    I would be more than happy to answer the list of questions you have to clarify the usage of our formbuilder that we have.

     

    1. Clients create A/c online username/Password. 

    No, this is not possible because we do not allow forms to collect usernames and passwords together as that is considered phishing for sensitive information that could illegally be used elsewhere. Please see our terms of usage.

     

    2. Registration form appear for client to fill all.

    Yes, it's possible to create standardized registration forms. You can either create your own or clone one from our form templates gallery that suits your needs better.

     

    3.submit

    Your form will automatically have a submit button to send the form with it's relevantly filled field information to send to you the form owner.

     

    4. Thank you, 

    Yes, it's possible to set up a thank you message as mentioned in this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page.

     

    4 Client proceed & make payment via online. menu for payment integration/ offline for Bank details

    If you wish to collect payments of any sort you must use one of our approved payment integrations.

     

    5. Client upload payment teller (paper)or type generate teller number and send to (operation dept email /MD Email) 

    You can add an upload field to collect uploaded files on the form if that is what you are asking about.

     

    5. Operation confirmed the payment of the client and 

    Yes, you can send a confirmation to your clients by adding an autoresponder to your form.

     

    6. Receipt issue electronic and send to the client (client email/MD email)

      This would be done via the autoresponder as well. See #5 for adding one.
