When submitting the form, this message is received and the answers aren't appearing in the submissions.

In order for me to test the issue, I had to make an actual submission directly on your form. Although the submission I made reflects on the submission page of the form, I was still redirected to the warning message similar to your screenshot.
After further investigating, I found out that when your form, https://www.jotform.com/70445052117144, is submitted, it is redirected to another form (FINE ARTS), http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30576387254966, which is the one that is disabled and the reason why we are getting such warning message.

As my colleague mentioned that when the form https://www.jotform.com/70445052117144, is submitted, it is redirected to another form (FINE ARTS), http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30576387254966, which is the one that is disabled and the reason why we are getting such warning message.
If you want this to continue redirected to http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30576387254966 form then it is advisable to enable that form. Or you can change the redirection to some other URL
