We are having an issue with customer payments

    we are having issues with the music submit form it is not allowing artists to complete the process and they are not being allowed to send the payment in

    Your form doesn't have any submissions yet. I checked the history logs and there were no deleted submissions as well.

    I opened your form and I did a test submission. It was successful, it redirected me to the PayPal checkout page after hitting the Submit button. Here's a screenshot:

    Most likely, this test submission will end up in the Incomplete Payments since I did not complete the payment in PayPal.

    Is this form embedded on a webpage? If yes, please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

    Also, please provide the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded.
