I have not been receiving notification emails for submission since the beginning of the new year! I have tried sending a test email and i received 2 of 10 tests! Please let me know how to fix this.

I checked the email recipient associated with the form you provided and it is not in our bounce list. I checked the email history logs and I can see that the email recipient is now removed on our bounce list. Here's a guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If the issue persists, please check your spam or junk folder. If you see JotForm mails, please mark it as not spam.
