Are we able to upgrade and downgrade anytime?

Hi,

I was wondering if we ordered a package deal... how would we go about 'freezing' the account when we aren't using it and then reopening it? We currently use your form for other things but the free version and seeking to use the upgraded version for the ability to have more questions created.

You can upgrade your account and downgrade it anytime, there's not restrictions on this. The downgrade will happen on the next billing date if you already requested it. However, do note that when you get downgraded the limits for free accounts will be applied and you will be alerted if you've already passed those limits that do not reset monthly, for example, available upload space or number of submissions your account can store.

You can download your submissions and downloaded files if you've reached the upload space for your account since it's required to delete the entire submission to get the file deleted as well.

To download all your files you only need to go to the submissions page of your form and click on the "Download All Uploads" button:

About the storage limit that gets applied for free accounts, the limit is 500 submissions so if you have more than that the oldest submissions will be deleted, to restore them you will need to either upgrade to the storage or another plan.
