Emailed forms are coming in blank

    We have many forms on our website from JotForm.  Website is

    When the forms are filled out the email that we get has the field names on it but the answers to the form fields are blank.  I do have the fields going to a Google Sheet and that feature is working and shows data - so I know the data is getting entered by the person.  It is NOT coming through to our email however.  Can this be fixed?

    I have cloned your form and I can see the name, email address and phone number are included in; however, you have 5 fields that are not being included, but I cannot find them in the form so far. 

    What I would suggest you is to check the current fields names included in your form and make sure they're the correct and the field indeed has that name.

    You will find the fields names by following this guide: 

    If after correcting the fields names in the email notification it does not work, please try deleting the email and adding it once again, that will help to get the fresh form fields and all the filled info should be included in the email notification.
