I am not receiving the submissions to my email

    I have always received the submissions to my cberio@unitedmortgage.com email

    and since last week, the jotforms have not been coming over.  I checked with my IT department and nothing is getting held up on out end. please advise

    When I check your e-mail address, I find that your recipient address is on our bounce list. 

    I removed your e-mail address from the bounce list. However, in order to not to encounter this issue again, I would like to recommend you to follow the guides which I shared with you below.

    What is bounce list?

    An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.

    If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list.
