    Why my emails are not arriving?

    Can you help me? My e-mails sent from forms are not arriving anymore, from all forms that I have...

    I've checked your email history and found some blocked/bounced emails to this address c******s@p********a.sp.gov.br. 

    Upon checking the email address I found it in our bounce list, here's the reason:

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; unable to look up host mx4as.prodam.sp.gov.br: Name

    I already removed the email address from our bounce list, what I would suggest you is to check your email account history, this guide will help you to check it: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    I will also suggest you to follow this guide in order to prevent bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
