My account was downgraded

    Hi, I have been sending information in but we haven't got anywhere yet. I could do with some help, possibly a telephone conversation as I have no idea what to do and now our account has been downgraded and we need it sorted. Thanks

    I checked the email address you used to open this ticket and the account connected is now under the Starter Plan. Are you trying to make a payment to continue your subscription? If so, I checked the transaction history on your account and can see that the Credit/Debit Card used to renew the subscription has been rejected by the bank due to suspected fraud.

    I suggest reaching out to your bank to learn why the card was flagged as fraud. Otherwise, you can upgrade your account again using a different card or you can use your PayPal account. Let me show you how to upgrade your Jotform account:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.

    is their any community groups on whatsapp so if i stuck i can take help to them

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. We don't have a WhatsApp community group. However, you can always access the Help Center to view and search public tickets that are similar to your issue. Let me show you how to access it:

    1. On any Jotform Page, click on the Support button at the top of the page.
    2. Select Help Center.

    In case you don't find the answer on the available tickets, you can always open a new ticket and add your questions or issue and we will respond to you.
